U.S. News & World Report magazine placed Seattle Children’s Hospital among the nation’s top children’s hospitals for the 18th consecutive year. Seattle Children’s Hospital was ranked 2nd in the country for kidney disorders, 7th for cancer, 8th for urology, and 8th for pulmonology disorders.

Other Seattle Children’s Hospital programs receiving top recognition by U.S. News included neonatology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, heart, and neurology and neurosurgery.

“We are very pleased again to be recognized among the best children’s hospitals in the nation,” said Dr. Thomas Hansen, CEO at Seattle Children’s Hospital.  “Our staff is continually focused on providing the highest quality of care to our patients and their families, improving outcomes, and discovering new treatments. Even in the toughest economic times, we continue to maintain our founding promise, to provide medical care to all children in our region – regardless of a family’s ability to pay.”

You can help support Jack as he supports one of the top children’s hospitals in the nation by making a pledge or a donation today, or simply sharing his story with three of your friends.
